What happens at the meeting point in Venice?
Venice is a unique city where cars can only reach as far as Piazzale Roma. That’s where any ground transfer begins and ends.
Step by step:
- You book the transfer online — enter the date, time and number of passengers.
- One hour before the meeting you receive an SMS with the driver’s contact details.
- The driver waits for you with a sign at Piazzale Roma or at your hotel (if the hotel is in an area accessible by car).
- The driver helps with luggage — and you head off to Milan.
- If you want — stops in Verona, Padua or Bergamo along the way.
Important: If your hotel is in Venice’s historic center, the driver won’t be able to get right to the door. You’ll reach Piazzale Roma by vaporetto or water taxi (we can help arrange this).
